India, China to hold 12th round of Military-level talks
India and China hold another round of high-level military talks on Saturday in a bid to advance the process of removing the remaining points causing friction in eastern Ladakh to end a 14 months long standoff.

This round of dialogue is taking place after an interval of more than three and a half months.
At the Chushul border point on the Indian side of LAC the 11th round of military dialogue was held on April 9th and lasted approximately 13 hours.
The twelfth round of military is taking place for more than two weeks. Prior to this, Foreign Minister Jai Shankar firmly stated to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi that the extension of the current situation in eastern Ladakh clearly had a negative impact on bilateral relations.
