BAGH: Federal Minister for Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir Ali Amin Gandapur addressed an election rally here on Saturday despite the order of the Election Commission to leave Azad Kashmir over his controversial speeches.
Ali Amin Gandapur addressed the gathering in the presence of Prime Minister Imran Khan and narrated a joke concerning a parrot, which was enjoyed by the prime minister.
It may be recalled that the Election Commission of Azad Kashmir had directed the Chief Secretary yesterday that there was a danger of disturbing the peace from Ali Amin’s speeches and therefore he should be expelled from Azad Kashmir immediately.
On the other hand, a case could not be registered against Ali Amin for distributing money during the election campaign.
The order to register a case was given by the Chief Election Commissioner of Azad Kashmir.
