Terror attack at IAF station in Jammu: What we know so far

Two consecutive explosions took place at the high security Jammu Air Force station in the early hours of Sunday. The drones crashed into the IAF station at Jammu airport in the early hours of Sunday, perhaps the first time that suspected Pakistan-based terrorists have used unmanned aerial vehicles in an attack, the officials said.

Army Commanders deliberate on existing security challenges at 3-day conference

The conference also extensively deliberated on the situation in Jammu and Kashmir after its special powers were withdrawn and the state was bifurcated into two union territories, they said. “Over three days, the Indian Army’s apex leadership deliberated upon various aspects related to existing and developing security challenges,” the Army said.

Charred remains found in Pathankot debris: Rajnath Singh

Amidst the contradictory reports over number of terrorists attacking the Pathankot airbase, the government today said charred remains, apart from four bodies of terrorists, were found at the debris after security forces searched the spot when the operation ended.
